• Profits should be going to investors.

    CEOs are a talent, no mistake about that. They are steering the entire company in a certain direction to attain maximum profitability. However, the current compensation levels are absurd. There should be a level of compensation commensurate to a CEO's accomplishments, but the bulk of that money should instead be paid in the form of dividends to investors and stock holders, and bonuses to the employees who did the hard work of fulfilling the CEO's vision.
