  • Cows for the win

COWS ARE ALMIGHTY AND SHOULD BE OUR RULERS. WE SHOULD BOW DOWN TO THE ALMIGHTY COW GOD. US HUMANS SHOULD BE FORCED TO GET THE HAY AND GRASS FOR THE LEGENDARY COW, WE SHOULKD BE THE SLAVES OF THE GREAT AND HUMBLE COW. I LOVE COWS. COWS ARE MY FAVOURITE AND SMARTEST ANIMAL.

  • Cows are intelligent animals

Cows are intelligent animals, but it's all relative. I have never seen a cow solve the equation 2+2, nor build a road or hospital. However, compared to other animals I can see how someone might think cows are intelligent. I would argue that some cows are more intelligent than the typical voter.

  • Yes, all animals have some intelligence.

Cows do not have the same sort of intelligence as humans; but, they are intelligent animals in their own right. They form relationships with one another and with other animals. They are able to anticipate events and make rudimentary plans. Humans need to develop a better understanding and appreciation for the other intelligent creatures on this planet.

  • Animals are not intelligent

Animals eat only because they feel hungry. Animals sleep only because they are tired. Animals poop when they feel like it. Everything animals do they do because their body makes them feel like doing it not because they thought about doing it so no they are not intelligent animals at all.

  • No, cows are not intelligient.

No cows are not intelligent. While they are able to recognize feeding routines. They are unable to problem solve. Take for instance if you put a cattle guard up in a cows walking path they will stop, because they lack the intelligence to figure out they can just walk around the guard. They also run in herds, if the lead cows walks of a cliff then the rest will subsequently follow that cow off the cliff. Therefore cows are not intelligent.

  • No, cows are not intelligent animals.

No, I do not believe cows to be intelligent animals. They do not demonstrate behavioral traits that would lend to be classified as intelligent language. Functions that humans and other intelligent animals can perform such as use of tools and the ability to communicate are lacking in cows. Cows are animals that can sustain basic functions of life and can survive and reproduce, but that does not require "intelligence" in the sense that other animals, such as humans or primates, to name a few, have.
