Are families in neighborhoods like East New York and Fort Greene unruly?

Asked by: Adam2
  • Why do homes in those neighborhoods always look beat up and broken

I think it's the hip hop ghetto mentality. I mean no offense, are a lot of blacks still pissed because of the past that they feel the need to take their anger out everywhere? I get that impression when I look at photos of East New York or Fort Greene or Brownsville. McDonald's wrappers on the streets, broken glass.
This isn't all blacks, but a lot of them the ones who have a grudge about the past.
