  • They are too fast

Speedy trials are good, but fast track courts take it way, way too far. It's time we make justice actually just, and not make it some method for people to enact some biblical need for revenge. It's time to stop the vengence and the harshness, and bring back justice once and for all.

  • Justice cannot be fast and quick

Fast track courts deliver verdict very quickly. In some cases within 8 to 10 days a trial is complete. But in this short period hearing the case, hearing both side, examining evidence, hearing arguments of both side are not possible. It is really hard for judges to do all these tasks within a very short period of time. A fast track court complete 15 cases per day. How could they deliver justice without performing necessary tasks like hearing the case, hearing both side, examining evidence, hearing arguments of both side?
