There are no laws or regulations that prevent Muslin Americans from getting the same rights as any other citizen, I think the broad public opinion towards Muslim Americans is fine and only a small amount of people have a problem with them and it's usually blind hatred of Muslims in general.
The Bill of Rights applies equally across all faiths, and races. The unfortunate part of that is the enforcement agents of these policies do not always apply it equally. There is no religious specific language in the Constitution alluding to support for one religion or oppression of another. People are the problem when it comes to double standards and religious persecution. Those enforcement agents in power are responsible for the equality guaranteed by the Constitution and they just aren't providing it.
Muslim Americans are guaranteed the same rights as other Americans. That is what America should be all about and that is making sure that everyone here has the same rights as anybody else. The discrimination of the Muslim people should be stopped. They should have the same rights as everybody else.
Yes, Muslim Americans are guaranteed the same rights as any other American due to the first amendment to the United States Constitution which states that Congress may neither favor or disprove of any religion. Also, citizens may not be persecuted based upon religious beliefs, sexual orientation, race, etc. All American citizens are supposed to be treated equally under the law.
