Are the majority of the prison-looking cube-shaped housing projects in the Northern states?

  • Sometimes I can't help but think the Northern states are more racist than the South, though both are equal

    This whole racist segregation of the projects goes back to Wilson and even a bit later into the 1940s, with the white flight. Those ugly looking projects apartments you find in Brooklyn, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit. They look like damn prisons. I think the North started this to keep white neighborhoods pure from the "n**gers."
