  • You never really know what they're advertising.

A commercial starts with a couple running through a field on a sunny day. They look like they are have the best time of their lives. And all of a sudden a voice in the background starts talking about sleeping pills. How did we get to sleeping pills? Who knows. The commercial just wants to create positive vibes around any drug. Then they rattle off side effects worse than the original problem. Very misleading.

  • TV Prescription Ads Are Misleading

TV Prescription ads are misleading in many ways. When the ads show up on television, people only see the good benefits of the prescription whereas the negative side effects are hardly spoken or described, and usually by a very fast speaking person. The ads give the impression that the prescriptions are what you need, but its a lie in disguise.
