Whistleblowers aren't traitors if they stand up for what they believe in or for what is right. Edward Snowden thought his agency, the NSA, was overly spying on innocent Americans. A few people in the tobacco industry felt their companies were unfairly burdening smokers with deadly products. A few years later, the huge tobacco settlement came forth. Not all whistleblowers are bad.
