  • Thay hurt animals

I may only be 14 but i do know that animals shouldent be cooped up in cages for days and days on end they will eventually get tired and stressed out that they will die out so quickly. The zoo keepers should treat them better if not they should just let them go animals deserve freedome and rights too.

  • Animals need to learn to survive in the wild.

By taking in animals, you are basically kidnapping them from the wild, and if it's illegal to kidnap humans, why shouldn't it be illegal to kidnap other animals? And animals, trapped in the perfect environments with no obstacles and no need to find food, may not survive in the wild after years of this. They may lose the ability to use their senses to hunt, and to sense when prey is near. This is why it is important not to have too many zoos.

  • Zoos cannot be fun at times for the animal.

Animals deserve to live in the wild, They don't deserve to be held while people snap flashing lights in the poor animals eyes making it stressed out each day. Animals like to be in their own habitat with their own species. Please ban zoos because people do not have the right to capture animals for their own personal needs. Zoos are bad!

  • Zoos keep animals under lock and key for public entertainment.

The definition of a zoo or zoological garden is a garden or park where a collection of living, wild animals are kept for exhibition or public display. Therefore, when someone says that a zoo is a place where endangered animals can be rehabilitated or repopulated, you can tell them that that is not specifically what a zoo was meant to accomplish. You can say that zoos are a good thing, but do your research and keep in mind what the politically correct definition of a zoo really is.

  • They hold animals captive

..."a poor wild animal imprisoned in a hopelessly unsuitable cage."Animals in zoos feel lonley, bored, scared, and because of this they suffer from zoochosis, a disease from being in zoos all day long. Animals are miserable zoos. ..."I realized that they were miserable." said a Peta.Org author. Zoos are very BAD!!!!

  • They do not give them the proper habitat that they deserve

Most animals need to hunt their prey and will get confused when it is given to them. Their actual habitat is a remake of it in a zoo, but in a much smaller area. Plus, some animals might go beserk and attack people and escape from their pen and or cage

  • They teach kids to look after the inviroment more

Some kids just like to litter and most kids do that but it's no there folt the parents are teaching them and the zoos help to show them what littering dose whether its a 🐼 or a 🐻 they make a diffrence to save animals. Thank you for reading this I just said that so it would send.

  • Zoos are good for the economy.

Zoos provide various ways for the economy to grow. First of all, zoos provide jobs for those who are struggling for them, or for people who like to work with animals. Also, zoos are big for education. For example, many classes go to zoos as field trips because not only is it educational, but profitable and fun! Further more, when children learn about animals and their natural habitats, it is more likely that they will help that environment and preserve it.

  • Because are not in natural environment.

Animals can not run around as freely as they can in there natural environment in the wild. Not as much space but in the wild they have all the land they want to hunt and play. Some of the animals around other animals will cause fights with other animals of there kind.

  • Zoos are vital educational resources.

Sometimes I wonder if the people who think zoos are harmful have actually been to visit one at some point in the last 30 years. The focus of most zoos is instructional, teaching visitors about the consequences of our actions on the environments of the animals they see. Many zoos also run breeding programs to reintroduce native species back into their natural habitats. Zoos are being used for good.

  • Zoos help animals

Zoos do an incredible amount of good for animals, and humanity as a whole, but only if they're run by professionals consulting scientists and experts in the fields. Zoos help preserve species - some only survive today in zoos - and are different than the abusive and inhumane areas places of the past.

  • No they don't

Zoos do have some bad things about them and do some harm, but I think that zoos are more beneficial than harmful. They provide a safe haven for some creatures, and sometimes it is a necessary environment. A lot of times the animals receive wonderful treatment. Zoos are also good because they allow some animals to be studied more closely and children get to learn from them too,

  • Zoos are not doing more harm than good

Zoos used to be depressing places where animals paced cages for the rest of their existence and visitors felt guilty for paying to see them. Now, zoos are creating environments that are much more similar to what animals experience in the wild. They are not perfect and improvement is still ongoing, but they are a sanctuary for housing the diversity of the animal kingdom that may not exist much longer. If the animals are treated humanely, given adequate stimulation and space, they can serve an important purpose in the fight to educate people against the loss of habitat and poaching issues that are bringing magnificent animals to an end of their existence.

  • Zoos are getting better

Zoos are not perfect, but they are getting better at simulating real life for the animals they house. Zoos are also increasing public knowledge about wildlife and creating a great environment for all people to go and see animals, which in many cases, they could never see otherwise. There is nothing more wrong with zoos than there is right with them.
