Asteroid Chariklo: Does space exploration help us understand Earth's origins?

  • I think so

Without the observing from outer space, people would not be realizing most of Earth's features and natural phenomena. Like how the Earth is round and other things. The observing of other planets and stars and asteroids may help us understand how the earth was made. That is why i say yes

  • Yes, having something to compare to always helps in drawing conclusions.

The exploration of outer space includes investigation of other celestial bodies. We can learn more about the planet we live on by comparing it to others and finding out how unique, or how similar, our world is compared to those others. In the case of similar planets, if we find ones which are at different stages of development, we can gain a glimpse into what our planet's past or future may be like. We can also learn more about how the solar system was formed by finding clues in space. This will lead to knowing more about how Earth was formed.

  • Where had the Earth really came from?

In order to understand fully of our universe and the earth itself, we must further venture into space and find out any other necessary information. Theories like the Big Bang theory seems logical, but humans need to find another source of concrete evidence to really know where the universe come from. We could also potentially unlock other secrets we never knew, broadening our knowledge of the galaxy.

  • Understanding the universe helps us understand ourselves

Space exploration has proven many theories to be scientific fact. The more we explore and understand space, the more we learn about the origin of life and the formation of Earth. Many recent discoveries have shown the theories of some of our greatest minds to be accurate and are part of understanding Earth's origins.

  • Of Course It Does

Many sciences can help us understand Earth's origins. In order for us to see the big picture however, we need to know more about our Universe. We learn new things about this frontier every day, but we our limited when we hold our current view point. Space exploration should receive more funding, so we are able to advance more quickly.
