Banning Muslim hijab: Are individuals pressured in to wearing the hijab?

  • I believe people are pressured in to wearing the hijab in most cases, thanks to acts of harrassment If they are refusing to wear it.

Like most things of heavy regional and cultural usage, the hijab is probably pressured onto the majority of Islamic people, to not do so would incite anger, oppression, insults, and potentially violence. So to say, I do believe people are being pressured to wear them in the areas they usually do, but humanity always has a choice.

  • No they are not pressured

No, I do not think that Muslims are pressured into wearing the Muslim hijab, and do it according to their own religion. I think that it is not necessary to ban it and that Muslims should be able to wear it of their own free will. It has only to do with religion.
