Banning Muslim hijab: Is a ban important to preserving secularism?

  • Religious Fundamentalism Should Exist Only In Places Of Worship And Homes

Western society was built upon the idea of keeping religion out of politics and secular society as a whole.

Demonstrations of religious belief in the public only serve to divide a country and promote hostility between different ethnic and religious groups. In order to keep society stable, religious fundamentalism should be confined to places of worship and personal homes.

  • no, it is no real threat

Maybe a hijab should not be considered a big deal because its just a piece of garment that is associated with a persons religion and I do not think it is fair tell somebody what they can or cannot wear. I do not think it has an influence on secularism.
