Can Bernie Sanders win the Democratic nomination?

Asked by: Dash205
  • Bernie Sanders Can Totally Win

Although he has not been getting much attention in usual media outlets, his rallies and speaking events have had large turnouts. He also is taking in less money, but his income comes from many different individual supporters that donate an average of $50. He is an independent and may get lots of registered Republicans to come out and vote for him as well in states with open primaries, even if it is only to rule out Hillary as an option.

  • Bernnning bad today

Go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go go Bernie go

  • Not a chance

Bernie Sanders may be enjoying some early success with supporters rallying behind him, but let's not forget we have a year until the presidential election. I think if the Democrats want to put a candidate forward that they want to challenge even Republican voters, than the obvious choice is Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders. Coming from a conservative myself, the Democrats would hand this election over to Republicans by nominating Sanders. Do you actually think an open socialist could be a presidential contender for America? The answer is no, America will not vote for a socialist.
