A time when someone"s powerful words/speech left an impact on me was when I was on Instagram and I noticed this post about Chris Brown, the post was talking about an accident that happened to Chris Brown back in 2009 when it was discovered Brown had physically assaulted Rihanna, and how every time the media or the people who didn't like him tried to break him down they would bring up the accident. So a Chris Brown fan page on Instagram "@chrisbrownofficialupdates" wrote on their page "All the public wants to see him as a women beater what if your father or your brother beat a women once and you seen that he wanted to change and did change and became a better man would you keep throwing that in his face? Or would you stay positive and treat him like a human being. People only know about all of the bad things that he has done because people feed of off gossip. That is how messed up the world is. He has done so many good things that people have no clue about and when you try to tell them that they don't even care to listen or learn." A list of good things Brown has done includes donating a $1 from every sale of every copy of his new album, Royalty, to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
Chris Brown hit a snag last night while ringing in the holidays.

The R&B singer took the stage during “Taraji and Terrence’s White Hot Holidays” special, put on by the “Empire” stars and featuring performances from Mary J. Blige, John Legend, Patti LaBelle, and Jamie Foxx, as well as the show’s Jussie Smollett and Bryshere Y. Gray.

But it was Brown’s set that got the most attention. Breezy, whose new album Royalty arrives Dec. 18, performed a medley of “Back to Sleep” and “This Christmas,” inciting a Twitter backlash noting the difficulty he seemed to have keeping control of his voice. Tank joined him halfway through the Donny Hathaway cover, duetting with the suit-clad star.

  • Because He's Good

Chris Brown, amidst all the criticism, has managed to still make great music; everyone has their own preferences, but his music is still commercially successful, therefore, it's good, at least. And he's shown remorse and grown/manned up, greatly and visibly, from his past wrongdoings so leave him alone. That's all.

  • People see him as a bad person for everything that he has done.

He is a bad influence to others. He hit his girlfriend which is not right, and mostly all kids know that. He is basically just a bad example. I wouldn't want my children doing the things he has been doing just because they like Chris Brown. So, no he is not an influential person.
