Yes, foreign countries should celebrate Trump's win, because Trump's win cements freedom for the West for years to come. Clinton was a socialist and an apologist. She wanted to shut down democracy and our freedoms. Trump wants to restore American independence and maintain the traditional American way of life. This is good for the entire world.
Leaders, many of whom had criticised the Republican in the run-up to the election, express wish to work with him. Since there is such hate and disrespect shown to US new president and to US people by proxy, they should pull their military from bases in Europe. There are a few countries there that are able to spend their tax dollars on generous social programs instead of more military to defend their own countries. This is because US are there and spending US taxpayer dollars to keep them there. Pull US people out and let the leaders of Europe divert money from their welfare programs to defend their countries. The billions would save could be used pay down US own debt.
It is understandable why China and Russia are celebrating this win. It is good for them. But other counties are sure to be negatively effected by the decisions that Trump and his administration makes. These are problems that we will be recovering from for decades if not longer. There is no telling what he will do.
China and Russia are excited. Look at the rest of the world and at our neighbors, and at the more democratic countries which typically share our values, and they're not so excited. Loss of freedom, the rise of entrenched sexism and racism aren't things we should be celebrating, and gobally that seems to be the case as well.
