There is no proof that she had hidden top secret emails, other than what people who hate her are trying to say. They have been over and over this like Bengazi, without telling people that most of those emails were sent by someone else, and that she did not actually break the law.
The charges have already been made against Clinton in the previous scandal, so any information that affects a different scandal should not affect her previous charges, as the case has now been closed. Just as criminals should be judged based on evidence for one crime at a time, rather than one sentence for a collection of crimes.
No, Hillary Clinton should not face heavier charges for her email scandal. Although the case is one that her opponents have been pursuing intensely, it is not one that affects the everyday concerns of the average American. The justice system should not waste resources on a case that appears to be based primarily on political reasons, particularly during the middle of an election campaign.
We are a nation of laws. No person is above the law. That should hold especially true for public servants. Hillary Clinton should get no special treatment, favorable or unfavorable. Her case should be decided on the facts. Present the facts to a jury, explain the applicable law and let the justice system work as intended.
