Comey says Clinton gave non-cleared people access to classified information: Should she be removed from the presidential election if this is true?
  • If a crime is commited, punishment needs to be dealt

If Clinton really has caused a crime with her email scandal and released classified information to non-cleared persons than she should lose her presidential bid. Since this has gone on for so long and it was a known violation there needs to be consequence and unfortunately the biggest one would be to take her campaign away from her. If she cannot be trusted to use the correct email server how is the general public suppose to trust her with other information.

  • Hillary Clinton Should Have Faced Criminal Charges

Hillary Clinton acted with "extreme carelessness" according to FBI Director Jim Comey, and as a result should have been criminally charged. If it is true that Ms. Clinton gave classified information to individuals without security clearances, then she should have been prosecuted, just as General David Petraeus was prosecuted when he shared classified information with his biographer who lacked a security clearance.

  • Failing to Follow Protocols, Is She Forgetful?

Given length of time in various high political office Clinton has no place to hide other than a failing memory for her stated lack of following security protocols for handling classified information. Either she is corrupt or her memory is failing. Either of which indicate she should not be allowed to pursue the position of President.

  • No, Clinton should not be removed from the presidential election.

In my opinion it cannot be argued that Hillary Clinton is clearly qualified to take on the role of president of our country. I find it disheartening that people who are against her being elected are searching for every little thing they possibly can in order to prevent her presidency.
