Could a candidate that is conservative on social issues and center-left on economic issues run in both Party's Iowa Caucuses and NH primary and win?
  • Blacks and Hispanics make up the majority of the U.S. population and they are conservative on social issues and liberal on economic issues.

    In 2008 black and Hispanic voters provided the margin of victory for California's Prop 8. Inner city blacks voted yes in greater proportion than suburban white Republicans did. But, blacks cannot survive under the Republicans' preferred economic policies.

    A lot of socially conservative Christians are also economic liberals. This country must re-establish the family unit of one man, his wife and their children living on the father's income, and we must balance Wall Street with Main Street or else we face bankruptcy and a 3rd world standard of living.
