Daft Punk used microphones from the 1960's to the 21st century in the song 'Girogio by Moroder'. Do you think microphone technology will be greatly advanced 50 years from now?
  • Yes, microphone technology will be greatly advanced 50 years from now.

Yes, microphone technology will be greatly advanced 50 years from now because all technology continues to improve. Scientific discoveries are improving the way we live our lives and song technology is changing daily. There is so much we cannot predict about the future and one of them is how much microphones will change.

  • Microphone technology will continue to grow rapidly in the next 50 years

There is not a sliver of doubt in my mind about the great advancements that will take place in microphone technology 50 years from now. We have a come a long way from the cumbersome gigantic microphones of the black and white era of television. Presently, there are microphones tiny enough to fit in the palm of a child. The demand for a better microphone will only increase as people continue to be glued to their screens for music, news, movies, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if 50 years from now, the microphone is a chip which is to be inserted into our skins.

  • Yes it will

Daft Punk used microphones from the 1960's to the 21st century in the song 'Girogio by Moroder'. Microphone technology is boundd to be more greatly advanced in the future, especially fifty years from now. We may, however, like Daft Punk, use microphones of the now in the future to bring a more earthy tone to music

  • Yes, I think so.

When given a choice between futuristic inventions they could own, 9 percent of respondents chose a time machine, 4 percent wanted a personal robot servant and 2 percent wanted world peace.
But the 50-year predictions were what jumped out at us: 19 percent of respondents thought that humans would control the weather, and 51 percent said computers would be able to create art as well as humans do.
