Yes, Bosnia and Herzegovina should continue under the Dayton agreement, because it has provided stability for the region for a long time. The agreement was not put together hastily, and there would be social divisions if leaders tried to change the agreement. Because it is working, leaders should not change what is not broke.
From my understanding the Dayton Agreement is a peace agreement and as long as that agreement is being honored and having no ill effects otherwise, it should continue to be followed. Ultimately when there's no other way to get these regions to agree, having one of these truces in place is the best we can do.
