Debbie Wasserman Schultz should be finished as chair of the Democratic National Convention. However, I do not believe that she is. Some party leaders continue to back her regardless of the damage that she is doing to the party. She is a fixture of the DNC, and the party is going to go down with her.
Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz is likely done in this role. She is closely tied to Hillary Clinton, and appears to have too much baggage to continue in the position. Even if Clinton gains the nomination, she is a lightning rod with an electorate in an anti-establishment mood.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz is finished as DNC chair because she is a hypocrite, dishonest, ineffective and an extremely poor leader for the party. It is high time for the democratic party to begin a search anew and look for a leader that represents the party and is a much better leader. A better hairdoo would help too.
Yes, Debbie Wasserman Schultz will not maintain her role as DNC chair. Given that Schultz has never been challenged in the DNC, the new-comer, Tim Canova, has bright chances of replacing her. Canova has such good chances because, as Bernie Sanders emphasizes, many members of the Democratic Party are unsatisfied with her handling of the Democratic Primaries of 2016. Such collective concerns demonstrate the need to renew stale leadership.
