It would seem that Timothy McVeigh acted alone. There was no evidence to support any type of conspiracy or extra help. He took the blame for everything that was done. Often times there is more help but it seems in this case that Timothy McVeigh simply acted alone in the bombing.
The facts of Timothy McVeigh's crimes against the American people have been known for some time. While it wasn't a vast, far-reaching conspiracy, it was still something he did with other individuals such as his accomplice, Terry Nichols. They were both very mentally unstable men who fed off each other's crazy and tragedy resulted.
Even though Timothy McVeigh had helpers in his plan he can really be seen as a lone operator. He was not a member of an organized group. It was strictly his own plan and the only reason he had helpers was the bombing was so large he could not handle it alone.
I don’t think that American domestic terrorist Timothy
McVeigh acted alone; I think that he was really part of a much larger conspiracy. This should be obvious to anyone who knows
anything about him. He was part of many
terrorist groups who were plotting to eventually overthrow the American government.
Although Timothy McVeigh initially professed that he acted alone in the bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma City, strong evidence emerged throughout the investigation and during his trial to suggest that there were at least a handful of others involved and that the bombing could have possibly been part of an even larger plot.
