Do foreigners have a birth right to immigrate to America?

  • No. As a foreigner myself, I find I have no "birthright to immigrate."

Based on the process of naturalisation and gaining a citizenship, I would say that it is not a birthright to immigrate to the USA. It is harder to immigrate to the USA than it is to immigrate to other countries, mainly because as a leading player in the war on terror, it cannot be lax towards its immigrants, who shockingly sometimes do have a terrifying agenda. Thus, it is not a birthright. It is something one earns after a process of bureaucracy.
