  • If That's Where They Want To Be

I believe the Hungarian Roma have valid reasons to immigrate as refugees to Canada. I believe our countries try to hold the borders to tight. I think it is best to let people in where they feel as though they belong. I believe the Hungarian Roma will be far better off in Canada, if they want to be there.

  • They are persecuted in their homeland.

Yes, Hungarian Roma have valid reasons to immigrate as refugees to Canada, because they are not welcomed where they live right now. The Roma are subject to discrimination and also to violence. They would do much better in a nation like Canada that is tolerant but also still requires its residents to be self-sufficient.

  • Hungarian Roma does have valid reasons to immigrate as refugees to Canada.

Hungarian Roma does have valid reasons to immigrate as refugees to Canada. Lets face it, there lives in Hungry is not all that peachy and if they want to avoid persecution then they should be allowed to try to create some sort of normal life in Canada. They should be allowed to live anywhere they are the happiest.

  • Europeans Discriminate Against Them

Europeans have discriminated against the Roma people for hundreds of years, and that unfortunate discrimination continues today. Many of the Romani live on the margins of society and all they are trying to do is live with their own traditions. Much like the Native Americans in the United States, the Roma may have little choice but relocate if they want to survive in peace.

  • Yes, they are persecuted.

Yes, Hungarian Roma have valid reasons to immigrate as refugees to Canada, because they are often persecuted. Much like the Jews were persecuted in World War II and continue to be prosecuted, Hungarian Roma often have to counter stereotypes that intrude on their safety and stability. There is nothing wrong with Hungarian Roma wanting a better life in Canada.
