  • Minority voters do not need legal protection.

Other than the legal protection of being able to vote, minorities do not need any special legal protections. It is unnecessary to waste resources on any other legal protections. We should spend money educating the electorate so that everyone who wishes to vote can do so, and so they understand their rights.

  • Don't Single Out Minorities

Minority voters have the same legal right to vote as any other American. Further, unless they make their voting preferences obnoxiously clear at the polls, no one will know how they intend to vote. Therefore, no one is likely to bother them. Minorities can be from either party, and bothering them could negatively affect the goals of the antagonist's party.
