Do superstores offer a better shopping experience than "Main Street"?

  • They offer much better prices and selection

You can often find more well made items, and at a much cheaper price if you go to a superstore rather than a store on a Main Street. The shopper will get much more out of their money if
they shop at a superstore, but they won't be mostly supporting their local area if they don't shop on Main Street stores.

  • Yes, they do.

What superstores offer is value and convenience under one roof. I can get everything I want, at a reasonable price, without any hassle. They actually have what I need in stock. None of that "but we can order it for you" from the Main Street shops. I can order stuff for myself off the Internet. If I'm in your store, I want it now. So yes, I'd say superstores are much better.

  • No They Do Not

I do not believe superstores offer a better shopping experience than "Main Street." Superstores provide service as cheap as possible, they usually lack customer service which is the cornerstone of most retail businesses. When I hear superstore, Wal-Mart pops to mind very quickly. I hate that shopping experience. I could live a happy life if I never heard or seen or went into another Wal-Mart in my life.

  • No, superstores don't always have better shopping experience.

I do not believe that superstores offer a better shopping experiences than Main Street. At least not all the time. I think that while superstores may be more convenient sometimes, they are also lacking in personal customer service. I think that shopping at a superstore can also be a burden since they are really crowded.
