  • Yes, most teachers care about their students.

Most teachers care very strongly about their students and their work. The job of teaching is a very difficult task, therefore you need to have a certain amount of love for the work and the students to be able to do the job everyday. This is why most teachers care about their students.

  • Teachers see students as numbers.

Even though many teachers start with good intentions, I believe
the system forces them to start to see each student as nothing more than a
number. The teachers are not allowed to
design their own curriculum, and they usually only teach each student for one
year at the most. This forces their
relationships with the students to be superficial, and eventually makes them
    not care.
