    History and heritage is just about synonymous because the terms both deal with event of the past. When one talks about history, most likely there is an inference to a heritage of some sort. It is difficult to separate history from heritage because it is cultural differences that make history.

    Heritage often times requires some knowledge of history regarding the heritage. However, learning the history is not required to appreciate the heritage at a lower level. Learning the history only deepens the meaning of the heritage to a large extent. But this does not mean you need to learn history to appreciate heritage.
