  • Yes I do.

That innocent people are being killed for no reason other than the prejudice and stupidity of "law enforcement" officials is as plain as the nose on your face. But it unfortunately goes further than this question implies, because there is also injustice and prejudice in the legal system, which ensures that in the majority of cases the murderers go free.

  • Yes, extrajudicial killings are illegal and should be considered a breach of fundamental rights and freedoms

Yes, extrajudicial killings are illegal and should be considered a breach of fundamental rights and freedoms. Killings should not take place outside of a fair trail where both sides are presented. The types of killings that are taking place in some areas are scary to the world that is watching these types of incidents.

  • Yes, it is.

People have a right to a trial. It is a fundemental human right that is violated by extrajudicial killings. There is no such thing as a justifiable killing, but extrajudical killings are an even bigger stretch and they are often used by corrupt goverements to murder people they do not agree with.

  • Yes, extrajudicial killings is illegal and a breach of fundamental rights and freedoms.

Yes, extrajudicial killings is illegal and a breach of fundamental rights and freedoms. Extrajudicial killings are definitely illegal because they are not part of the government. The government should regulate a lot of things, this being one of them. This is why extrajudicial killings is illegal and a breach of rights.

  • Yes, I agree that extrajudicial killings are illegal and a breach of fundamental rights and freedoms.

I agree that extrajudicial killings are illegal and a breach of fundamental rights and freedoms because I do not believe that any person has the right to end the life of another person without the authority to do so. Every human should have the freedom and right to exist without worry of others taking his or her life.

  • Hard to say.

First off, it's hard to say if police are executing people the feel are guilty or if they are just using lethal force to defend themselves or others. According to the source, they plan on investigating these alleged extrajudicial killings and if an officer is guilty they will be punished.

On the other hand, I can also see a point to some of these killings. If the police or civilians see the same people set free time and time again because of a corrupt judicial system, they may feel they have no other choice but to take the law in their own hands. Not to say it is right but just understandable.
