The question isn't whether AI benefits us since it obviously does in our day-to-day activities at least. The real question is whether it will continue to do so for the rest of its existence. It is kind of hard to believe that technology that is meant to be capable of independent and recursive self-improvement will continue to work in the favor of human beings. Not only is it highly likely that AI will surpass human intelligence in many ways, but it is also likely that it will come to regard humans as an obstacle in its predicted continuous quest for self-improvement. The reason for that is that, unlike humans, AI will technically have the capability to rewire its own "brain" removing all inconveniences in its way.
Technology offers benefits In my opionin technology offers multiple benefits to mankind in the form of various conveniences - essentially it makes long distance communication and access to and distribution of information easier - it also provides automation for many tedious or complex processes. What it doesn't do is make people more intelligent or loving or kind - in many ways it does the opposite - it gives people the opportunity to act in ways they would not normally act - this can obviously be good if you are expressing some thing worthwhile but for many it allows them to express opinions or say things they wouldn't normally say.

If we can learn to live alongside robots and technology efficiently, this world will be so awesome and magnificent to live in. However, there are those few instances where AI can lead to harm and completely alter our destiny, but AI can help our society because of the capabilities today.
I think that AI is a really good thing for this world, and that it does a lot to help the science of this world. I think that we have made great strides using this, and we need to keep on with it and try to keep making it better.
Artificial intelligence, if used properly, could spare
humankind drudgery and danger. Intelligent robots could work in conditions
uncongenial to human beings, such as underwater, in deep mines, on plumbing or
in outer space. AI could prevent traffic accidents and air traffic accidents. It
could stand sentry to keep homeowners safe, and find lost children. With luck,
intelligent robots will free humans to do creative jobs, and to spend more time
with the people they love.
Yes, artificial intelligence benefits the human race and will continue to do so. AI makes so many things so much more efficient and saves human time and money, freeing up man hours to do other things. From business logistics to tracking to game theory, artificial intelligence benefits mankind and will continue to create great things.
Technology is nothing but a benefit for everyone involved in a mature mankind and nothing but certain ruin in the hands of an immature human race. We are in that dangerous phase of technological adolescene where we are certainly capable of destroying ourselves but in a dangerous part of our development to be having some of the capabilities we are coming upon now.
Artificial Intelligence can be classified into 3 categories: Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI), Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI). ANI is for Artificial Intelligence that is only focused on one specific task, like how an AI robot can be programmed to beat the world's greatest chess players. AGI is what we call AI that equals the computing capability of a typical human being. Current research includes attempting to program AI to "teach itself" how to self-improve in order to reach the AGI level. However, this AI wouldn’t see “human-level intelligence” as some important milestone—it’s only a relevant marker from our point of view—and wouldn’t have any reason to “stop” at our level. Given the advantages over us that even human intelligence-equivalent AGI would have, it’s pretty obvious that it would only hit human intelligence for a brief instant before racing onwards to the realm of superior-to-human intelligence. If we look at the trends in history, it's obvious that society's computing capabilities have increased exponentially over a short period of time. This concept of recursive self improvement that AI will soon learn to control, will cause exponential leaps in capabilities of superintelligence. Just as much as simple ants can never comprehend the current societal and economic dilemmas of human beings, our society will soon reach the point where we would be likened to those ants, and ASI would be likened to a human being but with intelligence greater by a thousand-fold. Since there is absolutely no scientific evidence, to this day, on how we would exactly limit this accelerating and recursive self improvement of Artificial Intelligence, a simple idea of a "benefit to mankind" may be farfetched and shallow.
Yeah, i thought so. Who was the one that imprisoned neo? Not artificial intelligence you say? Wellp, sad to say, it is. So if youre not Neo, u better be against artificial intelligence. *drops the mic* i mean seriously, which one of you thought this was a good idea? Come on!
Artificial intelligence is like 2 sides of a coin it has few advantages as well as disadvantages
artificial intelligence is actually mad with the hell of gadgets and computer etc so what would have happened if man literally hacked into the computer that designs the artificial intelligence .That means the person will be controlled by another person .The person can make the other person attached to the artificial intelligence do crimes and no one can do anything about it
