    Immigration is very helpful to many countries. It helps the countries to gain more citizens, also it helps the immigrants because they came to the U.S. for a reason, whether to get away, to join their family, or any other reason. Immigration also helps so that there is more diversity in the states, communities, and the country. Also, there are more ideas, like how to make the United States a better place to live in.

    Increasing immigration to areas of free enterprise is a net benefit for the overall society. If individuals move to a society to seek out opportunity professionally and intellectually, the society will prosper. However, if a society is one which does not encourage innovation and creativity and has an enormous welfare state, the immigration to that are may not benefit that country's overall position.
