Do you believe Snoop Dogg's assertion that he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley?

  • No responses have been submitted.
  • It is a marketing ploy.

Snoop Dogg's assertion that he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley is a marketing strategy. Snoop Dog recently changed his name to Snoop Lion and is trying his hand at Reggae music. Bob Marley was a very famous and successful Reggae singer. Snoop Dogg is trying to attach himself to Bob Marley in order to sell records in the Reggae genre.

  • Not literally, but figuratively

It's been known and shown that rappers like to get the spotlight. If Snoop Lion says that he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley then he will most likely sell more records. That's neat. It's cool to sell records if you are a cool person, which Snoop is. The drugs are another.

  • No, Snoop Dogg's assertion the he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley is wrong.

No, Snoop Dogg's assertion the he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley is absurd because his status and music is not even close to the same level. Their ideologies also do not match up all that well. Snoop Dogg might claim they are a like in many ways, but the only think they have in common is fame. Snoop Doog is just trying to claim on Bob Marley's fame which is the only reason he made this comment.

  • They Were Alive At The Same Time

I do not know how Snoop Dogg can be considered a reincarnation Of Bob Marley when he was 10 when Bob Marley died. Their personalities are not really anything alike either. Bob Marley was kind of an activist in his own way. Snoop Dogg is the very definition of an entertainer now.

  • No, snoop has lost it.

Snoop Dogg saying he is the reincarnation of Bob Marley is one of the silliest things Snoop could ever infer. Someone has to die and another person has to be born for reincarnation to happen. Snoop was alive when Bob passed away, and the idea of reincarnation is just ludicrous.
