Math is all around us? No its is not. Humans consider themselves unique. 1 is a unit of measure but its not. All social system have putted in the place are mere sketch that 1 + 1 = 2. That's all we learn. But 1 + 1 has never been equal 2. In fact there are no numbers no letters. We could it clarify to bring it down in a human size. Created Scales so that it is a unfatamable Scale

If maths wasnt a subject we will all be passing school with As and Bs as our if our maths mark is 52 and the rest of it is 80 altogether our average will go all the way down to 61 percent so im saying maths should just be a extra mural activity.

Real numbers are not objects of nature, because it neither grows on trees nor can it be mined from underneath the earth. Therefore real numbers are false. You cannot create anything that is true using something that is false. Therefore math is false and we should not waste our time to learn it.

In nature and in engineering you will always get 3+4=5. Because every variable has an upper bound. In this case the bound is 5. Whatever result you get after addition, if it goes beyond 5, it must be reduced to 5. Like voltages, currents which cannot exceed upper limits. That is, real life is non-linear, but math is linear. Same is the problem with infinity. No finite number can be an approximation of infinity. Consider Laplace Transform (LT). If you replace infinity by any finite number in LT, the result will not have any poles. Thus the characteristics of LT will completely change if you use finite number. LT is widely used in engineering, thus it artificially injects poles in systems creating unreliable products. Math should not be used in engineering.

The math they teach in high school is absolutely useless unless you are going to be an architect or engineer. Maybe one kid in a class will become one of those. It is a complete waste of time unless you are going to teach useful math. If not, spend time teaching more important stuff. When the hell are you going to need to know how to proof a triangle.

• ## I love math, but no.

I personally love math very much and I enjoy it but I don't think it's the most important subject out there. It is very useful in the majority of jobs, but the majority of jobs don't require much more than basic algebra. Only engineers and physicists and maths professors really need all the high-level math we learn in school today. It's much more important for students to learn the humanities, art, music, sciences like biology, and other things they can use more of. These subjects make one culturally rounded and help one understand the world around them. Math is definitely useful but it isn't the most important thing out there.
