Pawn Stars' Chumlee is guilty of weapon and drug charges. When the officers entered his home, they found both the weapons and drugs. It was his house, which he has possession of, so he also had possession of the weapons and drugs. As they were found in his house and possession, he is guilty.
While it is unfortunate, I believe that here is no doubt that Pawn Stars' Chumlee is guilty of the weapon and drug charges he is currently facing in Las Vegas. The transition from ordinary individual to celebrity can have less-than-desirable effects on the decisions that a person makes, and unfortunately I believe this was one of those circumstances.
Yes, the charges surrounding Chumlee are justifiable. If any person is hiding drugs or weapons, it is my belief that this person is currently using them, planning to use them, or has plans to sell them to someone else. If these items were obtained illegally, obtained without a valid prescription, or obtained without proper background checks and permits being issued, then police have every right to question Chumlee and make an arrest.
Chumlee is likely guilty of the charges. What we see on television about people is only a slice of their real lives. Often, "celebrity" status makes people feel like they can get away with things that an ordinary person wouldn't even try. For some reason, they think they won't get caught.
