Do you think that the fast-food concept has taken its toll on food safety standards and guidelines?

  • Look what Mcdonalds has done

Did you know that Mcdonald's Shamrock shake has over 54 different ingredients in it now. When typically if you do a real milk shake it is milk and ice cream that is it. Not 54 added things. The fast food industry is adding things to make their meats stand out, to make it last longer , to stay fresh after being cooked and sitting out for a few hours at a time.

  • Pink Slime Now the Norm

Thanks to the fast food industry, pink slime meat is now the norm for some consumers of meat. Fast food means more people need more to consume. More restaurants means more health regulations that are broken and more people get sick due to lax safety standards and lack of enforcement. Fast food and restaurants are responsible for more food poisoning cases as more eateries open their doors.

  • The food is safe.

No, I do not think that the fast-food concept has taken its toll on
food safety and guidelines, because they serve food that is largely hard
to mess up. If you put a happy meal on a shelf, a month later it will
not have changed. They serve food, if you can call it that, that is hard
    to spoil
