    Currently, the Internet is a bloody mess and almost never regulated legally. 90% of the net in the dark web and most is used for selling drugs and guns. The Internet is so harmful in fact that I think it should be completely shutdown and rebooted with better restrictions and policing.

I didn't saw a student playing computer games and surfing through the internet who is better than the student who is studying with their brain
