    In the modern usage of the term, "sexual intercourse" has come to mean specifically that sexual contact which involves penetration. Oral sex counts as a sexual activity, but in no way does it count as sexual intercourse.

    Oxford dictionaries and many other sources define sexual intercourse as stated above and using it to mean oral sex would be completely twisting the meaning of the word.
