Does the media (real and fictional) stereotype the American workforce?

Asked by: Alex9188
  • Absolutely, without question.

A lot of media (that I've seen) seems to portray every working American as being trapped in a cubicle and staring at a computer working for some large corporation in a very mundane, boring position, even know the pay is usually pretty high. Come on now, everyone knows there are much more types of work (and way more interesting and fulfilling) out there.
