  • Very very harm

Spending lots of free time glued to the TV or computer screen can hurt your heart and shorten your life, no matter how much exercise you get when you're not riding the couch, a new study suggests.
People who spent at least four hours per day watching TV, playing video games, or using a computer for fun were more than twice as likely as those who kept their recreational "screen time" under two hours to experience a heart attack, stroke, or other serious cardiovascular problem, the study found. Couch potatoes were also about 50 percent more likely to die of any cause during the four-year study.
The link between screen time and heart problems barely changed when the researchers factored in the amount of moderate-to-vigorous exercise the study participants did, suggesting that the health benefits of exercise don't cancel out all that time in front of the tube or computer. (The researchers also controlled for obesity, smoking, diabetes, social class, and other factors.)

  • TV does more harm than good

TV gives us us interesting channels everyday, and soon, small kids is addicted to it and put TV as their first priority. And forget the things that they learnt. And didn't revise that they have learnt for the whole day at school. On their exam day, they will all be thinking about the channels and forgot stuff and don't know how to do exam. And, their grades dropped. ANYWAY, MY POINT IS: TV DOES MORE HARM THAN GOOD. By: chong junyang Date: 8 november 2016

  • Tv ruins your brain

Rv makes you stop your everyday schedule just to watch a so called life dependent show. How would you like it if a guy rocks up to football training and he keeps winging about this reality show that he's missing out on. Rv is designed to change the way you feel, act and do things in your everyday life just so that they make a nice mint

  • Square eyed children

Your child could get so into the television show he or she may lose interest in other thing such as football and playing with his or her friends because he has seen a show he liked and just kept on watching it. This is bad for their health. By someone

  • TV is harmless

Tv helps a child improve more on learning abilities . Like those songs a, b, c, d it's very good for a child. And can even helps children improve in spelling and can helps him /her know about God in so many ways thank you for your time.!!!Yeh!!! Yeah yeah

  • Tv is so Good

Tv is so god because kids can learn from the educational stuff that the parents put on for them like HI five and play school. All those stuff are good for this little children so that why I think that tv is good for kids in a good way. LOL

  • It's Not Bad!

It's what you do while watching TV, all the eating, not exercising, and just that some people eat some foods that are not healthy, and that is what causes harm! If you just sit around and sit for HOURS, you could start to harm yourself without the proper physical activity or eating!

  • It dosnt do harm

I think that watching tv dosnt do any harm. It is just a simple way of passing time and to have fun or to catch up on the latest thin in the news, Many kids during the summer watch tv to beat the heat in the nice cool air conditioned indoors.

  • No, it is entertaining.

No, television does not do more harm than good, because television gives us a window into the world around us. Television allows us to witness the world around us live, for example the landing on the moon. Television has opened up a window for us to appreciate the human experience around the world. It has changed presidential elections and it has changed the world.

  • What about young kids who cant read.

That gives the children good knowledge in easy way. For example, small children can learn many things from shows such as Sesame Street and Dora. Older students can also benefit by watching shows on national geographic and the history channel. Like take me, for instance. I get good grades in the eighth grade, and I probably watch at least 2 hours of shows a day. They also have new parental blocking systems on some TV networks for those parents that believe Sponge bob can rot your brain. Programs such as “The apprentice” have made people think about business. Shows like “Who wants to be a millionaire” and “Are you smarter than a fifth grader” help the viewers to boost their general knowledge, and shows like “Master Chef” can be an educational experience for viewers learning to cook. In such ways, almost every reality show has a direct benefit. After watching people fail in reality shows, it also gives a hint to the viewers of what one should not do.
