Employee Free Choice Act: Would the EFCA reduce intimidation?

  • It sure will

There should be some sort of effect there because with that act it gives the employee more freedom in joining a union and therefore would be or could be less intimidated by employers or whoever the person may be but to the extents of its effects is another matter of course.

  • Workers have the right to organize

Workers are denied their rights to organize into unions. Businesses intimidate and strong-arm workers with the sole purpose of denying them the opportunity to organize. The EFCA would strengthen the rights of workers and give them the opportunity to organize. With inequality increasing at staggering rates it is more important than ever that workers receive a fair wage for their hard work.
