English as US official language: Do other countries have official languages?

  • Of course other countries have official languages.

    Every country has adopted a main language to use throughout it's different parts. However this may vary based on several different accents within the language. Such as although English is primary in American, words are said and pronounced in different accents. Examples include Cajun, New York, Southern, Northern accents, and so on.

  • Yes, It Would Help Communication

    Yes, it would help to make English the official language of the United States because we need one language to communicate in. Choosing English as the official language is not to say that English is better, or that everyone should learn English, but it would simplify government communications and requirements and give us a language to communicate with.
