Friend and I got into an argument about disobedience in children. Is an INFANT really disobedient if they're not old enough to know the rules?

    That being said, they can still be defiant and show signs of opposition towards those who are caring for them. They do not know rules or have any clue whats going on, but they learn from infancy to manipulate and lie to fulfill their own desire before ever they know the definition of the word or the ramifications
