Has human activity caused the world's climate to change over the past 100 years?

  • We caused it

In my opinion yes i do think that human activity has caused the world’s climate to change over the past 100 years. The reasons i think this is 97 percent of climate scientists agree that humans have changed Earth's atmosphere in dramatic ways over the past two centuries, resulting in global warming. We are causing climate change by putting Way too much fossil fuels and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. We are damaging our Earth very badly by putting way too many buildings up and constructing too many cars. Therefore I do see that we are the reason of climate change.

  • Those who say "yes" feel this way because:

For god's sake use safer environmental tools. It's all man-made junk, because of carbon dioxide emissions from the burning of fossil fuel in power plants and motor vehicles. We should be environmental-friendly
and use less "toxic" things, anything for use and the atmosphere will be best without all this junk going on and the world would be more "safe" I should say..

  • Human activity has caused global warming

I think that human activity such as deforestation, and burning of fossil fuel. A 100 years ago the sand at micro beach was far out. Now it is so close in. The water is almost touching the pavilion. How many times did they have to rebuild the restroom because the water was next to it. This is why I think that global warming is our fault.

  • We are the reason of climate change

I believe that we are burning way to much fossil fuels and we are putting too much carbon dioxide into our atmosphere, we are constructing to many buildings and making too many cars. Therefore I hope that more people see that we are the major cause in this climate change in the past 100 years.

  • We may not be the problem

People seem to not understand. Some of the largest polluters in the world are natural and not man-made. Volcanic Eruptions can spew tons of CO2 and ash into the atmosphere. While I am NOT DENYING IT IS GETTING HOTTER, to say we are at fault for it would be a rash statement. And for all the people who do believe that it is us there is a simple answer, take the jobs back from heavy polluting countries ex: China; and switch to nuclear energy. Nuclear energy has prevent over 64 GIGATONNES of CO2 from entering are atmosphere since the 1970's (NASA). While the waste is dangerous to humans and accidents can turn deadly Nuclear energy has save 1.8 million lives from the burning of fossil fuels (NASA) . To argue it would be better to have the waste in a contained area then in the air we breathe with fossil fuels.

  • Because it doesn't

  • No all you right winged, tree huggers. Just NO.

No... All you right winged, tree huggers. Just have no idea. Do your research and youll find out that it takes MUCH, MUCH longer than just 100 years to determine the effects of global warming. Its more along the lines of thousands+ of years. Am i saying global warming doesnt exist? Hell no cuz clearly its getting hotter, ice caps are melting, weather is getting much more intense, etc... So NO IM NOT SAYING THERE IS NOT GLOBAL WARMING. Im just saying people should do research before hopping on and arguing about stuff they dont even know what they're talking about.

  • No, human activity has not caused the climate to change in 100 years.

It is in my opinion that human activity over the course of 100 years has not caused the climate to change very much at all. It would take a much longer time period to determine climate change from the human population's activities then 100 years. I do not believe that the climate has changed much in the last 100 years.
