Ezekiel 25:17? "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. [begins pacing about the room] And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord... [pulls out his gun and aims at Brett] ...When I lay my vengeance upon thee.

  • Yes, new advancements in technology have improved school education.

The access to computers have helped school education very much. While the United States education system is crumbling, the advancements in technology have helped schools work with less as government budgets have shrunk. The fact that our schools are not doing as bad as they could be considering the economic circumstances is testament to the help that technology gives to the improvement of school education.

  • Yes, for the most part it has improved school education.

This is a double edged question. First, technology has definitely simplified school education. With the press of a button, we are connected all over the world. We are living with every culture available. We are also able to research more precisely and quickly through computers. As for improving, that is debatable. Children now are unable to address an envelope, properly head a letter, or write a receipt. Also, with a kindle, things are read to them. So many student exit our school system unable to read.

  • Yes technology has simplified and improved school education

Yes, I think that with the advancements in technology that technology has been able to simplify and improve education. Students can now learn from all over the world with just a computer and Internet connection, and it has made education a global phenomenon that any one can learn from when it comes to technology.

  • Let students do the thinking

Most countries that have surpassed us in international assessments of science and math have far less technology in their classroom and at home than America. Technology may increase a student's immediate understanding of a topic, but it deprives the student the chance to improve their imagination and mental acuity and soon technology becomes a crutch with which they can not do without. We as a society often claim that reading is better than watching television because reading stimulates the brain more. In the same way, listening to lectures with minimal images, solving homework problems without a lot of flashy pictures and images and web tools forces the student to use their brains more to create those images and find those resources.

  • Technology has not simplified and improved school education.

Technology has not made education simpler, but has made it more complicated. There are too many resources for students to chose from, and they often get confused. Also, the Internet offers too many distractions for students. It is hard for them to focus on their studies if they use the Internet.

  • Children are better without technology.

Technology is good for learning, but most children just play games and mess around. We did an experiment in my school and found out that students enjoyed lessons without technology better than the lessons with technology, they also said they learned more. This proves technology doesn't always improve our learning. It is bad because children become more reliant on things like auto spellcheck and calculators.
