  • Consider this analogy...

If I eat cheeseburger but regret it later, did I eat a cheeseburger? Obviously so. Regretting a misguided decision cannot change the past. Nobody forced me to eat the cheeseburger; Obviously, I did so on my own accord. As such, it's irrational for us to perpetuate the baseless conclusion that any amount of contrition voids out aforementioned consent.

  • No...I can't see how it would be.

I can't even comprehend why people would think this. IF both parties WANTED TO DO IT, then it's not rape, obviously. IF they did regret it later, then it was a bad decision, but not rape because they both wanted it at the time. For doofuses for don't know what rape is, rape is when ONE person forces a SECOND person to do the act, and the second person doesn't WANT to do it. Since BOTH parties wanted it, It's not rape by definition.
