The Clippers do not have the experience necessary to be effective in the Western Conference finals. They need to get a few more seasons of winning at this level under their belts before they can compete. This inexperience will cost them because their aren't ready for that level of play on that time schedule.
The Los Angeles Clippers, even though they have never made it into the Western Conference finals before, have a very good chance of winning if they do. While they may be inexperienced if they get there, their determination for making it that far will only motivate them to work harder than ever.
The Clippers have more talent playing and healthy than possibly ever before. Griffin, Paul, Jordan and the rest have the talent to overcome a lack of deep post season experience. The ability of the team to shoot, rebound and defend makes them a formidable opponent down the stretch and a legimate title contender.
Even though the Clippers as an organization hasn't been there before they have a fairly veteran led team. Also assuming the Warriors beat the Grizzles or even vice versa its not like them teams are perennial title contenders so it will be just as new of an experience for them as well.
