  • Your title is wrong grammar it should be, In Order to be Succesful, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure...

Yes I agree, it's like asking a girl or a guy(If your a Lady) to go
to a date with you, the fear of being rejected will affects the probability
of you going to get that date.

But of course their are other things that you can consider when you
are talikng about achieving success, one is oppurtunity for example
To be successful in the field of medicine the opprutunity of being able to go to Medical School should be present.

  • Failure puts success into perspective.

Success can be the product of refusal to fail. After failing it is natural to not want to fail again- leading to success. And fear is more consistent than will. Would you rather run for the money because you want it, or because theres a dog chasing you towards it? Of course fear of failure isn't required to succeed but its more likely to help you achieve it than only will.

  • POSITIVE THINKING is a need to be successful.

Our mindset effects to our ability. We all want a successful happy life. We have many goals we want to achieve. Whether these goals are for business, home, family, or self-improvement, setting our mindset for success is very important.

Without a proper mindset you may find yourself distracted by the negative thinking and the bad assumptions. If you set your mindset for success, you will reach your goals more quickly rather than you fear a failure then fear to do something.

  • No, absolutely not:

It sounds good so people say it but it's completely false. If you want to be successful you take controlled risks, your fear of failure should be very healthy, and with it so healthy you can make better decisions. Success is born out of trial and error as well as wise management; it is not one or the other, and that quote specifically suggests that it is a whimsical standard.
