  • Having a personality is important.

Having a personality is much more important than being a personality. Having a personality means you have something special about you, and that you are fun to be around and are a strong person. So many people lack a personality and they are just lack luster people in general and have nothing special about themselves.

  • Substance More Important Than Style

There are so many blowhards with "strong personalities" now there are too many to count. What happened to quality over quantity? It is more important to have a personality rather than be one. The important people of the world are leaders without readily showing they are in leadership positions. The unsung heroes of this planet are the ones that don't get noticed, and those people are the ones who are kind and loving parents who sacrifice themselves for their children every single day.
