There are two major phone operating systems left: iPhone and Android, Apple and Google, respectively. Every commercial on television now is for an iPhone or Android smartphone. Blackberry hasn't been a factor in the cell phone market for a year. Blackberry stock was nearly three times its value in late 2012, and now it is barely above $7 per share.
I believe that the IPhone will
eventually put the Blackberry out of business.
If not completely, it will be significant enough to make Blackberries no
longer a factor in the cell phone wars.
Nowadays, the only people I see using Blackberries are traveling
businessmen. All of the kids have moved
on to Androids or IPhones.
