  • Cloning is wrong

I am 100% anti-cloning . Cloning goes against God in every way . I believe that if we don't stop trying to do things that only God can do we will be punished like in the story of babel! If you believe that cloning is not wrong you need to open your eyes! God wants us to be humble and not to question His power, but by creating new organisms from cells of other organisms it is basically challenging Him!

  • Cloning is a crime against individuality.

Cloning, though has great scientific merit allows people to play "God". Even if you don't see it that way, consider this: if we clone extinct or endangered species, that can have terrible effects on the ecosystem of an area as well as the culture. Clones also have a high failure rate, and if are born usually have extreme defects or abnormalities not normally found in that species. The cloned being also tends to have a shorter life span because the Telomeres, that determine the aging process, are shorter. Finally, if we wanted to create a clone to replace another being, the clone would never truly be like the original, as we are the sum of upbringing, experience, and environment.

  • Cloning is non-human

Cloning could impact society and economy in many different ways. This could even affect many religious beliefs. Cloning animals is bad even though it could give us more food and resources. Many scientists expect but they don't think about the future. If cloning was illegal, peace is made, if its legal the world would crack.

  • Cloning is a joke

God wanted uniqueness, not sameness. Animal cloning is OK because it makes more food for the supreme leaders of this plant. BOW DONE TO US YOU FILTHY MAGGOTS OR FEEL THE WRATH OF NOT LETTING US EAT YOU! FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD FOOD YUM! I LOVE FOOD

  • Cloning is unethical.

I totally get that cloning can help with stem cell research and help us further investigate our own and other species, but it's highly unethical. Clones wouldn't be like the ones you see in movies, they'd have emotions and strive to have a purpose like all other humans. We have (sorry this is an unpopular opinion) aborted fetuses to use for research. We don't need to create more beings just to be used to dissect and fuse together.

  • Cloning is against god

Cloning is against god. Scientists are meant to make cures for cancer and advance technology not cloning things like an immature little child. They shouldn't be going crazy with the tax money they have gotten and focus on bigger problems. I can give you a few. Cancer, heart disease, arthritis and so on. Focus on the problems with the people not the part where you make money from cloning.

  • Not Necessarily Bad

Yet, we will use it for bad. If people could control themselves, and only clone for good reasons, cloning won't be bad. Humans will use cloning on humans, though, so yes, in that case, it is wrong. Cloning animals, such as cows that produce excellent milk, is fine (if they are treated well).

  • Cloning Is Very Wrong!!!

Cloning is wrong because if we were to clone humans in the future, then that would lower our own individual sense of value. We would not feel special because then somebody could just make a better copy of us. Thus, it would most likely increase the rate of suicide and crime.

  • Cloning is not a human invention.

At a very early stage of embryonic development, the cells specialize (or differentiate) so that some become nerve cells, some skin cells etc. Each performs different functions, based on different parts of the genetic code. That part of the genome which is not needed for the specialized function of a gland cell, for example, is not lost but is switched off or “asleep.” The Creator Himself planned this way of reproduction. When we plant potato tubers of the previous year, the potatoes we later harvest are just as nutritious and tasty. This is because there was no new combination of hereditary information, with one plant being pollinated with the DNA of another. They are in fact clones of the previous year’s plant.

  • No, cloning has serious scientific merits

I do not feel that cloning is wrong, as long as human beings are not being cloned. Cloning stem cells and various animals has already yielded valuable scientific information and data that has lead to medical and scientific advancements that better peoples' lives. However, cloning must take place with a certain level of ethics in an extremely controlled environment by trained professionals.

  • Cloning can help with loss of family

When a family member is dealing with grief a clone of the person is the same person same memory same statists same hobbies as they were originaly if people were to miss their pet it woul bring them comfort in there time of need we would also see what it would of been like 1000000000000000000000 s of years ago

  • It's not wrong

Cloning is not a natural process but it helps our lives. Farmers cloning their animals make a better market and we therefore eat better meat. Just because they are made unnaturally doesn't mean they won't taste as good. Food is cloned, so why can't animals? This only applies if you are vegetarian.

  • Cloning isn't wrong

Cloning first of all could have a very good outcome in the long run. Lets say you need a organ transplant, you wouldn't have to wait as long to get a matching organ then we have to today. I've heard that people think that it's wrong because it's against gods will. I don't want to be mean against what you believe in, but you can't base supernatural ideas into science. This could help us in the long run, might even save a life. Might even save your own life.

  • Cloning isn't wrong

    It just isn't.
They way I see it, cloning holds great scientific secrets, ready to be unearthed,
And, cloning is completely natural, bacteria does it, cells do it, even identical twins count as clones (As both are genetic copies of the other).
What is so wrong with huamn beings cloning other things?
I don't just mean other human beings, what have people got against cloning other animals, for instance? Animal cloning is a much easier way of getting food for the hungry.

  • No, cloning is not wrong.

I believe cloning is fine. The physical and genetic material are the same in clones. The mind is independent. I believe as long as the mind is independent then there is no moral issues with cloning. In fact it would be nice if all woman could be cloned to become much hotter.
